• Effective July 1, 2024, plans and permits for construction projects are submitted electronically through the City of Pleasanton’s Accela Citizen Access (ACA). 
  •   Projects include Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Alarm, Haz-Mat, and High-Piled Storage.
• Follow the steps at Pleasanton's Permits, Forms, and Fees. Go to Fire Permits.
• Inspections can be scheduled using the ACA portal. 
  • Request should be made before 9:00am at least two (2) days prior to the inspection date requested. 

• Repairs to underground tank systems which do not require breaking ground or high voltage electrical work.
• Emergency fire main repairs.
• Minor modifications, typically removal of one or two heads, to fire sprinkler systems.

Schedule Inspections for work not submitted thru the City of Livermore Permit Center or City of Pleasanton ACA Portal directly with LPFD. Requests should be made prior to 9:00am at least two (2) days prior to inspection date requested.  LPFD will contact you if we are unable to meet your request by calling 925-454-2307.
